VIDHYASAHAYK SALANG SEVA BATHATI BABATE GADHINGAR JILLO

The central government has framed a plan to reopen schools and educational institutions in a phase-wise manner between September 1 and November 14, the rules for which are likely to be notified along with the final unlock guidelines at the end of this month.

As per the guidelines, for the first 15 days, students of class 10 to 12 would be asked to attend school.

If Class 10 has four sections, half the students of sections A and C would be required to come on particular days, and the others on the remaining days, the Economic Times reported.

The number of school hours, the report states, would be restricted to 5-6 hours, out of which 2-3 hours would require physical attendance. The report states that all schools are likely to run in shifts, from 8 to 11 am and 12 to 3 pm, with one hour break in between for sanitisation.

According to the guidelines, the schools would be asked to run with 33 percent teaching staff and students.

According to the ET report, the modalities of this plan have been discussed by the group of secretaries attached to the Group of Ministers tasked with COVID-19 management in the country.

Sources told the newspaper that while the guidelines for this will be released with other unlock guidelines on August 31, the decision on reopening will be left to states.

"The state, where caseloads have been low, have also expressed their keenness to bring back students of senior classes," a senior official told the newspaper.

While a survey conducted by the department of school education in July had indicated that parents are not very keen on sending their children back to schools, state governments have argued that students of the economically weaker section are suffering due to the shutdown.

The government is reportedly at this stage not in favour of calling pre-primary and primary school students to school. After the introduction of physical attendance for Class 10-12, classes 6-9 can be started for restricted hours.

"We have studied the way countries like Switzerland have brought back children to school safely. A similar model would be employed in India," the official quoted above said.

WHO chief scientist Soumya Swaminathan had also pointed out in an interview to the Times of India that it is now critical to assess how and when to open schools.

"Disruptions to instructional time in the classroom can have a severe impact on a child's ability to learn. That puts schools as one of the high priorities in the coming days," she said.

Swaminathan warned that there are multiple risks involved in keeping children out of school such as abuse, child marriage, violence at

Matter of assigning higher salary standard salary at district level.

Matter of assigning higher salary standard salary at district level.

The matter is presented to the teachers from the service book. The matter is submitted to the teachers. The representation is applicable to the teachers of the entire state of Gujarat.

Sir, compliment to the above subject research of Gujarat State Primary Teachers Union to inform that at present in the local fund U.P.Dho. 7 Sevapothis are being accepted once a month in each taluka for approval. If the government has given the benefit of seniority to the teachers recruited from 19th to 2010 and fixed salary to all the teachers till date, in addition to 1 lakh teachers from all over the state.

It has to be sent to Gandhinagar for approval and a service book has to be revised two to three times. At present, only 6 service books are taken from each taluka every month, so teachers will not be able to get this benefit for years. So our humble request to Aap Saheshri is that most of the establishments in the state belong to primary teachers. Therefore, instead of Gandhinagar for salary fixation only for primary teachers, the L.F. To make arrangements to be approved by the office so that our primary teachers can get the benefit of UPD in time which is requested to be reduced.

Friendship Day Shayari, Friendship Day Photos and Greetings

Friendship Day Shayari, Friendship Day Photos and Greetings

This August is considered the month of "Friendship". According to a resolution passed in the US Congress since the year 19, the first Sunday of August is celebrated as Friendship Day in the US every year.

Now in other countries also friendship is rewarded by remembering friends in this month. Friends come to meet at different stages of man's life journey.

It's that time of the year again! We are talking, of course, about Friendship Day, which is celebrated in India on the first Sunday of August every year. This year, Friendship Day in India will be celebrated on August 2. International Friendship Day was celebrated on July 30. It is said that friends are the family we get to choose, and there is no better occasion than Friendship Day to let your friends know how much they mean to you. Friendship Day is when people spend time with their friends and tie friendship bracelets on each others' wrists. This year, amid the coronavirus pandemic, meeting your friends may not be possible - but the good news is that friendship does not depend on how often you meet. Friendship, of course, is being there for your friends, even if it is from a distance.
However, the pandemic should not be a reason to not celebrate Friendship Day 2020. Send your friends a meaningful quote or a funny picture to let them know your are thinking of them!

Here are some Friendship Day wishes, images, greetings, messages, Facebook status and pictures that you can share with your friends this Sunday to let them know you are thinking of them:
I may not be close to you this Friendship Day, but I'll always be there for you.

The alphabet begins with ABC,
Numbers begin with 1,2,3
Music begins with do-re-mi,
Friendship begins with you and me
We are going to be best friends forever... because you already know too much.

You make me laugh a little harder
Smile a little brighter
And live a little better
Thank you for being a wonderful friend.
Thank you for being the kind of friend I can call up at 4am. Happy Friendships Day!
